🦉 why this matters for teachers

Our job as educators is not only to prepare students for standardized tests or college admission.

Our call as educators is to prepare our students for a world we can’t yet imagine.

The UAP/NHI conversation touches every subject we teach: from scientific method to myth, from ethics to art, from history to identity.

Whether disclosure happens slowly or suddenly, our students will need tools to process, reflect, stay grounded, and imagine new ways of being human. By engaging with these topics now, teachers become guides through uncertainty, helping students think critically, stay open, and remain compassionate.
